when my refrigerator broke a few days ago, my biggest fear was that I would have to replace it. I found this company with a Google search, call them right away, and spoke with a very friendly and helpful customer service rep. I had an appointment scheduled for that same day, and a technician arrived only two hours after I placed my call. He was as professional as he was prompt. My refrigerator needed a pretty big part replaced, but the tech had it on his truck. It cost some money, but definitely not as much is a new refrigerator. Overall I'm very satisfied, and would recommend this company to anyone
